Hello everyone,
Im playing DD with latest patch and hsr 2.08. Im playing germany currently at level hard/ (ai) agressive. Now (it's augustus 1940) im trying to land somewhere in england, but without any result. My tactic is to bomb the navy out of the english channel (naval strike) Im doing this so a month now. So i though after 30 days of bombing the navy it was time to invade england. I decided first to land on plymouth (plains and little divisions). I move 16 transports (10 inf 39) (6 panzers SS) and did unload transport (not amphibious assault) and order troops to attack. I also order my luftwaffe to interdiction plymouth and my kriegsmarine to bomb the coast. But my troops couldnt win of the 4 inf 36 of the english army. I tried then to invade belfast (with 16 inf 39/they had there 2 inf 36) but with the same result. All possible places to land in england are defended with 2 or more inf.
Im pretty sure this isnt the way to land in england, but i dont know how to do it right
So what is the best tactic to make a succesfull landing in england at the level hard/ (ai) agressive.
