Opinion: It is unacceptable to have only 7 tier 1 countries

tbh the most insulting part about this strategy is that the United States isn't even in the tier list! We should be getting at a minimum tier 2 level content for each of the 13 individual (and playable) states from the original colonies, yet PDX thinks that the US is less important than countries that don't even exist like Byzantium, France, or the Ottomans.

This but unironically. USA should be an international organization. Let all of America become New York. And let me make New Jersey into a garbage dump.
