Hi Paradox Support.

I have to tell you that your product marketing is awful.
Look at my case:

Bought game from Steam, installed it. Played for 5h, saved the game. Coudnt load saved game. Searched with google for: "Darkest Hour kann spielstand nicht laden". Came trough some forums/boards to this site. Had to find a thread, had to register, had to patch.
And last but no least I cant load my game even I did a patch.

I lost 5h Hours playing your game, 1h looking for help and I PAID for this!

The game rulez mostly, but if this happens again be sure I paid the last time for you content.

Most patches in paradox games are incompatible with older saves.

DH is not made by paradox it only uses their engine.

And in the save problems is because you are using german version on the game there was a error to save files when using german. that can be repaired easyly by adding few lines to the save game file. but it would be better to start a new game with the patch. if i rember correctly it has been repaired in the patch.
