Option to marry my heir is gone after failed grand wedding

Description​

After a failed Grand wedding due to the spouse getting captured in a war. I cant chose the option to remarry my heir, the option is non existent.

Steps to reproduce​

A grand wedding was planned with a daughter of Finland to my player heir. A war was ravaging in Finland at the time when I declared the grand wedding that would take place at my castle in Hälsingland (Sweden) The future wife to my heir got captured in a siege in Finland and the wedding got canceled. After the war finished. I noticed that I could not find the option to find a spouse for my heir. The option is non existant, it is so for the girl that my heir where to marry.

Just encountered the same issue on 1.9.0.4 when the spouse was made to the take the vows and the wedding canceled the option to arrange a marriage for my heir was totally missing.

Hello there! Thank you for the report. Unfortunately the attached save file is from a different playthrough than the one described. Could you please attach the save file from the playthrough in which the issue occurs?

Me too, it happened to my daughter, her fiance invalid then the button to arrange her marriage completely disappear

Having a similar issue where I arranged a grand wedding for my infant heir, then my character died, I continued playing as the heir, then his betrothed died. Now he's stuck in a limbo where he can't arrange a new betrothal, and he can't plan any new grand weddings for his family because the game thinks one is still planned - but it can't be cancelled since the bride-to-be is dead.

Anyone have any idea if there's a way to fix or work-around it?
