So at the moment the options we have for the help pop-ups have to do with how you get the pop-up to lock in place and having those options is nice, but would it be possible to add an option to only open those pop-ups in the first place when you click on the highlighted text instead of showing the pop-up automatically on mouseover? At this point the screen can get cluttered with all those different pop-ups and I have to deliberately take the mouse away for a sec to clear it. It would be better if you could precisely control what tooltips you want to show up in the first place.
