Order Number Given in Email, But No Product/Acctivation Key

So I received an email this morning alerting me that my "pre-order key" had arrived. I open the email and am given two numbers:

1) The "Order Number", I'm guessing from the Paradox Website where I had pre-ordered Cities

2) A 25% off key because of a SNAFU with email addresses being accidentally shown.

However, I have no key that works on Steam for me to activate/download the software. The Order Number does not work on Steam.

Any ideas or solutions? If I'm missing something, please let me know. I can be a bit of a you-know-what sometimes.

Nevermind. For some reason the email that I read was the second email that had been sent to me. The first was, surprise surprise, in my SPAM folder.

Bizarre.
