Organization issues

Hello fellow Wargamers. I am having some problems keeping my units organization up. When I take over a new province my infantry units that land there begin to lose organization. I know for sure that my units are in supply and I know for sure that the infrastructure is ok. Am I missing something? I just bought the game so I hope this isn't a newbie question. Any responses would be appreciated!

Umm, this is wierd. Unless you are under air attack, or you forgot that IC and infrastructure in a province goes down as there are battles there (Possibly under the 34 limit), this is one for the bug-reporting forum...

After you take a province, doesnt the Infrastructure and Industry get damaged for a short time? Maybe that is what is causing it.....

IMHO the only explanation is that the units are out of supply. Is the little "in supply" dot shown?
