Hm, I d like to suggest that even unfinished AARs should be able to be nominated. Wont hurt no one IMHO since a new started AAR will have no chance to win anyways. And for the ones who want to compare it with "real" film/etc. prices - the difference is that the audience is already able to see the work unlike to films which are usually shown close to finishing since cutting the film has a major influence on its quality for example.

It would be a shame to miss a AAR like "Advantages without obligations" IMHO.
 
Try posting that in the Central bAAR. This isn't really the appropriate thread for that sort of thing. :)
