This will be an attempted under-the-infamy-limit world conquest using the Ottomans in the mod Death and Taxes. I've done a few modifications to the mod itself, as playing without them would make a world conquest impossible.
D&T changed the holy war casus belli to a 2BB per province, which I've changed back to 1, as double the infamy for almost the entire world would be too much BB to burn away. D&T also changed war taxes to give a 30% or something maintenance cost reduction and -0.35 magistrates for 0.25 WE, which I've changed back to the standard 50% taxes for 0.1 WE.
There are quite a few other changes that will make a WC hard to achieve. Firstly, there are no hordes any more. The former hordes are now khanates which act like tribes. Secondly, the borders in Siberia have changed. This means that even if the Russians stay at peace with the Golden Horde they can still snake their way to the pacific. Thirdly, China and India have about 5x as many provinces. This, combined with a weak Timurids in the 1356 start means that Delhi usually expands quite a bit in India, driving up BB cost even further.
I can play until the early 20th century though, so I have that going for me. I haven't done any excessive amounts of math (it's the holidays god damn it) so I'm not sure if I'll succeed, but I'll give it a try.
