3. What DLC do you have installed?
- All DLC

4. When did this start happening?
- a new system popped up connecting to my starting cluster. I surveyed it and got the Ouroboros anomaly. It seems my AI neighbor triggered the event (shoulders of giants?) and now I can continue it. I have the doomsday origin and its already about 2270.

Is this intended or a bug?

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

After I claimed the system and finished the anomaly project, I got a dig site (which is shown twice in the radial menu).

A few days later I got a notification and the "Full Circle" empire modifier.

So I just stole the event without any prior knowledge of it. This is a bug, right?
