So, how far into Europe do you envisage going?

Well the game has been played up till the 1700s so I can tell you that I didn't go much further into Europe for a long time. Had to do with constant stabhits and me over worrying my BB. But I assure you that Vienna will be taken not once.

Very nice. You are nearly knocking on the door of Vienna. And only Austria blocks your path.

Good idea with those remote provinces. That political map of the east looked like swiss cheese. :D

Indeed, Persia is quite messy. I don't think I've ever seen Persia, the Timurids, and the Mughals exist at the same time before to be honest. It would have been a pain in the ass to get access to those remote provinces.

next step Wien? :D
Or turning into some other direction?

Bingo.

Are the Mameluks next on the list?

Joe

Oh the Mameluks got annexed after I took Cairo, but sometimes FtG gives me a blank game screen if I take a screenshot in game when an event fires so I couldn't post the 'Sultan becomes Caliph' event.

Excellent job. Ottomans were always one of my favorites in EU1... Ah, where have those times gone...

Thanks. Hehe yeah, sweet nostalgia.

Ah, okay. A screen shot of your entire empire would be cool.

So, I was about to continue this AAr as soon as I get back to University but two weeks before my return my HDD, where I stored the AAr files, decided to die. Sadly those files were no longer on my laptop so those are lost forever. I guess I'll compensate the people who followed this AAr with a new one in two weeks.

Thanks for following. :(
