Out of Sync Living Characters

Description​

After a maximum of 10 days, we receive a sync error message with the content ‘Out of Sync - Living Characters’.
The error log shows that there is only a mismatch for the living characters.

We have already tried the following:
- Swapping the host
- Changing the speed when joining (From 3 to 1)
- Sometimes the following mismatches were also present: Factions, AI

Steps to reproduce​

1. Load the save game
2. Open for Multiplayer
3. Random person joins
4. Start the game regardless of speed
5. OUT OF SYNC

Also getting this and it's almost unbelievable this issue still isn't a priority.
It's a max of 10 days and then LivingCharacters desync

It's been very tiresome to get these kind of problems. First we have to deal with the eternally long save loading times for MP, and now there are desync issues that I haven't seen being acknowledged.

I'm getting the same error too, it's very frustrating taking 15 minutes to load the game (with both computers in the same network, and more than enough specs to load it fast) just to desync 7 times in a row. I'ts very tiring not being able to play more than a few hours because after it's desyncs nonstop

same problem on vanila game version and modded. unplayble right now, some mods like better population control cant help with this situation.

maybe i find some solution, anyways thats help for me. if u have enabled steam game recording,just turn it off and thats all

Same problem here, for a few days now already. On the third new game now, runs decent for ~100 years (crash every 60 minutes or so) until it becomes fully unplayable.

Exact same issue for me, play for like 40 years and then boom. Living character desync that is unavoidable. Has happened on multiple saves and no fix works. Paradox needs to address this.

Same, we've only played a couple of years on our save. And it keeps desyncing after playing for a minute or two. Completely unplayable in multiplayer right now.
