Outliving your child results in their descendants recieving wrong Consecrated Blood trait

Description​

There is currently a bug or oversight where a dead child's offspring will be conferred the wrong trait when performing the "Concecrate Bloodline" decision as a Head of Faith. Your living children and all their descendants will have the "Divine Blood" trait, as expected. But your dead children will not have any holy blood trait, while *their* children will have the "consecrated blood" trait despite you being the head of the religion.

i do not believe this is intentional as I don't see a reason why a dead relative would change anything. If they were alive they would have recieved the correct trait. This has an effect on gameplay as the two traits have different effects. Concecrated blood gives zealot vassal opinion, while Divine Blood gives same faith opinion and county conversion speed.

In my own playthrough, this led to me having to do a consageounous marriage in order to have my player heir regain the superior divine blood trait. The save game given is not that save, but a save where I was able to replicate the same bug.

Steps to reproduce​

Create or start with a religion with you as the Temporal head of faith.
Have one of your children die after giving you a grandchild.
Perform the "Consecrate Bloodline" decision.
