I haven't played HOI in a while and just got back in to it since V1.06 came out. One thing I noticed that was strange was a nation's aircraft overflying neutral territories to include mine. For example, I was playing Germany and before the war starts, UK aircraft are overflying my territory go to Poland. Later after the war begins, the UK and Germany are overflying and waging air battles over the neutral BENELUX countries. Is this supposed to be this way or is this a bug?
