I think that there is basis for a serious lawsuit, I estimate a compensation in the order of atleast 100 million US dollars is fair. Well perhaps you should settle for royalties, since this mod will probably be the biggest cash cow since microsofts win xp.
 
something gives me the impression that this thread is just spam..

If it is not, and there is in fact a legitimate intention to start a mod, a PM will do to get it reopened.
