(I was sure this is reported, but quick search didn't show anything)

It seems that some provinces have base income of 1/10 of what is should be.
Finveden - 0.06
Ångermandland - 0.12
Västerbotten - 0.12

This surely is not a WAD, because.
a) Base incomes in CK (with normal +0.00 to loyality taxes) are usually growing steadily by steps of atleast 0.6 or 1.2: 0.6, 1.2, 2.4, 3.6, 4.8 and so on
b) I'm sure those provinces weren't so poor during the timeframe, if places like Öland or Shetland have 0.6 base income.

Provinces with base income < 1 has previously been confirmed WAD and used is used mostly in Sweden/Finland (which has a LOT of provinces compared to population) and Russia.

Having base income under 1 is common, but it's clear that these provinces have 1/10 of the supposed base tax.

I can't possibly understand why the swedish side of gulf of Bothnia would be ten times poorer than the finnish side, and why Sweden would be _THE_ only place with base taxes of 0.06 and 0.12. (Or under 0.6. 0.6 is the lowest base tax other than in Sweden.)

And of course, 0.06 is clearly tenth of 0.6 and 0.12 tent of 1.2. Just check the map yourself and see how odd it is.

Can't be right. We were poor pagans who ate each other that time. :D
Sweden should be WAY richer than Finland in the CK era.

well, area of Bothnia is poor, but the Swedish side was surely not so poor :)

There should be a clear line of Swedish civilization and Finnish cannibals. Maybe the vast forests of Russia should be that poor, but not Sweden...

0.06? Not THAT poor. 300% of province income is a very good amount, and with 0.06 that is great 0.18! Woot.

These really are a tenth of what they're supposed to be :D
