Overwriting two saves on the same date will create three save files

Description​

If you have two save files that already exist and save to both of them on the same date (for instance if you have a main save file and a backup save file). The game will also create a third save file with a name generated by the game. In the image attached, the Duke_Vratislav save was not created by me.

Steps to reproduce​

Create two save file for a game, example and example_backup (the names of the files don't matter). Then let the game run and pause at a later date. While paused, save the game to both example and example_backup. Then check your save file and see there is a third save file for the same date.
