Palace of Achen lacks description about substantial decrease of the cost of feast plus typo in the name

Description​

When you check the benefits of palace of Achen (the name is displayed with two a - Aachen) you won;t find the info that it is hugly decreasing the cost of feast held there. The bonus works, it is just the description that is missing.

Steps to reproduce​

Hold a feast in Achen. Also check if other special building if they provide the bonus but lack the description - castle in Granada and Aleppo has this bonus displayed, so maybe there are more example of this issue, not just Achen.

You are probably not a German, the Name is correct as it is, it is called Aachen in German.

Still a bug in 1.12.1, potentially may impact other special building if they also have a hidden feast discount
