Paradox Account no longer connected

I have two seperate issues. The first is that my paradox account is no longer connected to my steam account. This seems to be tied into the second issue, which is that my paradox launcher application no longer works thru steam. I have tried deleting all relevant files and reinstalling hoi4. I have checked my drivers and other comp specs to make sure my computer can actually handle the game. It still can.

When I try using Steam to play hoi4 or try directly launching the game from the paradox launcher.exe i end up at the screenshot shown below.

Furthermore, when I do that no games pop up on my profile although I have been using the same email for my paradox account that I use on my steam account.


I have also tried connecting my Steam and Paradox accounts but Paradox page says the account listed above already has a connection.

I'm not really sure what to do.

I apologize if I am missing a glaringly obvious fix for this issue.

Furthermore, I want to clarify that I bought Hoi4 with my steam account. So I'm thinking i may just have lost the username to the paradox launcher/interactive profile or account that is already connected to my Steam account. I'm not really sure about how to fix that either.

I can play the game itself by launching it from the .exe. I just don't have access to mods or whatever paradox account i have connectec thru Steam and none of the troubleshooting I've tried has been able to resolve that issue.

Again, I do apologize if there is something I am missing.

That message means you have indeed previously linked that Steam account to some other Paradox account.

Thank you for the response! I have a ticket open with an employee looking at my logs currently. I've unlinked my steam account from the previous paradox account as well and connected it to this account here. Thank you for the help!
