Well, that's actually not me, and that's actually not mine; but I believe that's a .50 caliber. ;)

People often forget that the .50 cal, is just short for .50 in caliber. :) Also, the length of the barrel is usually given as a multiple of the caliber. So the correct measurements are 20mm L/65 barrel, 20x138mm projectile.

No it is actually 20mm! Which is not 12.7mm (.50 caliber). It is 154.7% larger in diameter and much more in mass.
