The Premium Edition gives all three, the Deluxe edition gives standard and Deluxe and standard gives just standard.

. Uploading things have gotten a wee bit more complicated and I'm still coming to terms with it . Hopefully no later than next week (if I get the icons in time that is).
Update on this: As we're in the process of upgrading the forum the way we upload things has changed. Sadly this means that I can't actually do this on my own but require others to be involved so things get delayed. Badly ><. We won't be uploading new avatars or icons until next year due to all the moving parts.

We know some are missing but as we now have a dedicated team doing the forum development they are in charge of uploading and creating owned items, the things I was doing in the past. If we poke @pdxfreddy he may be able to bring this to their attention .
