I have game on steam.
I installed it on d partition and have windows 11
I have checked appdata, steam library and other folder, but launcher gives error message "there's no installed game in directory". I have created new folder "games", but it didn't help. What should I do to get my game working through paradox launcher?

I also have trouble with paradox launcher when launching game from steam

You must have run the launcher in standalone mode (ie from its desktop shortcut or Paradox Launcher.exe) which is a non-Steam-compatible mode for users who don't want to use Steam. This game was available on the standalone Paradox launcher platform, but is no longer supported there so only old game versions and DLCs show there. You'll need to run it from the PLAY button in your Steam Library only.

This is probably to do with your Windows User Documents folder being on OneDrive (ie MS's cloud servers). That ought to work in general, but it requires OD to be running all the time, to be syncing perfectly, and you to be online all the time.

If you didn't actually want your documents held on the MS cloud, you can change the Windows settings accordingly. Right click on Documents in the left column of File Explorer, just under This PC there. Go to properties, location - that's where you can change it to point to the old default location C:/users/{userName}/Documents

There can apparently be a OneDrive issue that gets in the way, I found this to get past that:
https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmanager/cant-move-the-folder.html

If however you DO want your documents stored up there, let us know and we'll look into this further with you.
