I own CK3, IR and stellaris on my steam account but I prefer to play them without running steam. I am using paradox launcher (both V! and V2) and I find once I play offline, all dlc are unverified, may I ask how to play the game offline with all my dlc accessible?
Thanks.

The launcher will not be able to verify your ownership while offline, and will subesquently leave it up to the game to determine if you can play with the DLC in question - The default setting sent to the game is to turn all DLC on. Typically, if you have started the game while online once you will be able to play with your DLC offline after that. At some point, the "validation grace period" will end and you'll have to go online again for validation purposes, after which you can revert to offline mode again.

I don't have CK3 nor the Paraddox launcher, so this is unknown territory for me.

1) Do i understand that right, that Paradox games now have repeated online verification requirements ?
Outside of patch updates or such. Really ?

2) Is that a Paradox launcher only thing or general nowadays ?

3) So not only do i technically not own a game anymore, if i can't be online what i bought becomes unusable after playing once offline ?
