Paradox Launcher v2 doesn't show games that I bought in Steam

I owned Cities: Skylines I & II, Prison Architect, Magica 1, 2, 3, Shadowrun Returns, Surviving Mars, Stellaris in Steam.
But when I run Paradox Launcher it shows only Stellaris and Surviving Mars.
When I run Cities: Skylines II, it's also run Paradox Launcher, but in this case it shows only Cities Skylines II.
How I may fix this, that Paradox Launcher shows all games that I have in Steam?

You must have run the launcher from the desktop shortcut or Paradox launcher.exe, which is a standalone mode for users who do not want to run Steam. It does need a separate game installation if used that way, but those games were never ported to that platform, OR are no longer supported on it (Stellaris). The only one is Surviving Mars.

You'll need to run the others from the PLAY button in your Steam Library instead.

I had run launcher from Paradox Launcher shortcut, and as a result it shows only 2 games (Stellaris and Surviving Mars). I would like have Cities Skylines II also. I may run any game from Steam so why I need this launcher (It has been installed when I had download Cities Skylines II).

As I tried to explain, that is a non-Steam-compatible mode for those who don't want to use Steam. CSL2 was not released on that platform and will never show there. Stellaris does show, but it is an old version as it is no longer supported there. When run like that, our launcher is effectively a client, like the Steam or Epic client, used for installing games, etc. I suggest you simply delete that desktop shortcut; if you want to use stuff like that use Steam's facility for making a desktop shortcut per game.

To play CSL 2 or the current version of Stellaris you need to run them from their Steam PLAY buttons. Then the launcher runs as an actual launcher, not a client, and allows you to do things like changing resolutions, selecting mods and DLCs, etc.
