I've seen that one, but it is not the "official" wiki, and last time I checked is missing a lot of information.
Paradoxwiki is more official than "official" - haven´t it been handled as the manual for the games?
I think they were talking about the Gamepedia wiki the other person had linked.
Just hope that the game encyclopedia get into a "normal" paradoxwiki in the end
