Yes, my new Vista home premium, new PC, all great, and all a mess as well.

First, the security, a nightmare, excited about starting to test EIC, and now I can't. Can't fix it, parental controls is SWITCHED OFF, it doesn't start, still this message, terrible, anybody with a thought on this, or same experience, have already posted in Vista's home forum but they are as puzzled as I am.

I am an administrator of cource, try to run the .exe as admin, but it hangs on the non functional parental controls...too weird... :wacko::mad:
