As you know, CS players on consoles have several disadvantages compared to PC players, I understand the limitations by Sony for PS4 not to include mods, but there are assets that I think should be in the game such as parking lots, useful to place next to stadiums, commercial areas, industrial areas, etc.

Actual mods (ie ones that change gameplay) are not possible on any console. But Sony have effectively made even assets impossible on the PS4, you'll see many other threads here on the topic. They are on the Xbox.

I understand Sony's restrictions with PS4, my question is why some simple mods are not already part of the base game like the parking lots, do you think it's fair that I paid more for the game on PS4 and some basic mods are not there, than if they are on PC where the game is cheaper?

They are not part of the base game.. someone 3rd party created them.. that's also the reason they have not been included.

Obviously they are from third parties, what I want to emphasize is that Paradox does not listen to the community and less to the console players and that is very sad, we love this game but we feel limited when creating our cities. The problem is not only the parking lots, also the problem with the limited amount of squares and other things that are for PC and should be part of the base game, sure you will ask. So why don't you play on PC? To which I will give 2 answers:
1. CS on PC has performance problems, so you need a super machine to play it in a "decent way", that means spending a lot of money.
2. Why release a game for consoles, knowing that it will be incomplete when compared to the PC version? Just to make money?

That is not true.

Why release a game for consoles
So that console players can get access to the games. Otherwise you'd be here complaining you couldn't get the game at all, no doubt!

knowing that it will be incomplete when compared to the PC version?
That too is not true. The base game and released expansions are the same on both platforms. The lack of mods on the consoles is not the fault of Paradox, Colossal Order or Tantalus.

If you are asking for items that are only available as custom assets on the PC, to be included in the game on consoles, that is simply not going to happen. The console content will always follow the PC content.

it's true, I am not the only one saying it, the community is saying it, I forget that you do not listen to them.

I complain because we don't have a workshop and because i paid more for the game on console, bur i have less features, that's why i ask for more features to be included in the base game, and as you wrote above there are several threads about it because the community asks for it, but true, you don't care about us.

Yes it's true, for example in console we don't have the assets editor to create our own assets, even if they are limited, and don't tell me that it can't be included, because other management and construction games like Planet Coaster Console Edition include it.

I fixed your post to make it more comprehensible.

I have been supporting this game here since release over 7 years ago, I know more about what this community says than you do. The game absolutely does NOT need a "super machine" to play .

It's not a matter of caring. The PC/Steam edition came first, the console edition much later. It must always follow the original edition, it cannot strike out on its own with features or vanilla assets not in the PC/Steam edition.
