NAV says the patch has the WS.Reputation.1 virus. I think it is probably a false detection so I am about to restore and run it, but others may also experience the same problem if they have NAV.

There is a very simple way to fix this....
Don't ever, and I mean EVER use Norton. Instead download a nice free one that doesn't quarantine anything you download/install.
Use a nice free one, I would suggest using Microsoft Security Essentials. After I started using it I have never had any problems with it messing with my gaming

I got it from GamersGate. After taking it out of quarantine, it ran fine. I previously had installed all 3 1.01 beta patches without incident.
Even the latest 1.01 beta3? I'm asking because it should be identical to 1.01 final.
Yes. The only difference in the way I installed it was in Beta 3, I saved it and then ran it by clicking on the file, with 1.01 final I saved it and then chose run instead of "open Folder". Maybe NAV does different types of checks in those situations.
