Patch 1.03b error

"the update could not be installed because the game could not be found"


i read the other thread where it was suggested made i downloaded the wrong patch, but the problem i have is i didn't get my game the traditonal way through a story so i'm not sure where my game comes from. i have downloaded the N.A. the U.K. and the French versions. the NA versions i get the error message right away. the U.K. and French versions begin to prepare to install but shortly they give me the same error message. help!

i just downloaded the version for Italy and Aisa. they didn't work. where should i downloaded the files too, i'm putting them in my HOI folder.

I am afraid you will have to explain that comment first!
Where did you buy it?, How did you get it?

Look at your CD tell me what 3 logos are on it.

i have a copy of the game, there are no logos on the CD

Sorry, we do not support Pirate versions of the game for obvious reasons.
Patches will not work with your game I suggest you buy a legit copy.
