I'm king of Wales (yes, I will call it that), Ireland and hold maybe 7 counties in Scotland. Whenever my liege king in Scotland tells me that he's going to raise the Crown Law I can click on the 'Accept' button but it will only pop the prompt back again; it goes away if you choose ignore though.

I'm playing on a save from 1.03, if that's what's causing it.

I'm having issues with this as well, it seems (1.03 save from year 1070). I'm a Duke in the Cumans,* and the two Kings have raised authority twice, but I've never been given the chance to vote yes or ignore. The 2nd King in fact went to High Crown Authority right after inheriting, despite the fact that most of his vassals were ready to rebel, and that gavelkind meant he personally didn't have that many votes.
