They are. I also feel sunni versus shia is not exactly fellow moslim against fellow muslim. Defo not compared to sunni versus sunni.

For example sunni and shia countries get free CB's against each other for one.

I would like to see an explanation of how the badboy number is calculated, i.e., what gets 2 points, what gets 1 point, how much does it go down and when does it go down.

CBs don't matter much then for the BB value ?
