Worked for me. Try adding the file manually that is linked in the pinned patch post.

What does that mean? Adding the file manually?

So I'm on a mac, I clicked the link that leads to the patch installer. The patch comes up "Select the disk Where you want the software to install"

The only thing that comes up is Macintosh HD and then from there, I go to applications and see that I can't even click CK2...

Download the file to the crusader kings/ history/provinces folder.

The only thing that your file did was change the culture of Dorpat from Finnish to Ugricbaltic.....
