It is the policy of Paradox Interactive to Distribute it's officail patches by EXE only.
I have stated the reasons for this.
Please review board rule 2 before repying to this post.

"Rule" number 2(which is actually a disclaimer :D )

Fair enough: nobody should sue Paradox for my bad language (I think).

Rule 2 illustrated.
Another thing: does the phraze "reasons of business and security" include any reasons, or just categories for as-yet unnamed reasons? Which is what it looks like?

This is, however, all my fault. My problems (albeit with a paradox interactive game) are my own amd they should stay that way. It makes no sense to post about here and have the mods/admins try to work it out for me because that's like going to the electronics company with your broken tv set and asking the security officer to fix it (barmy, isn't it?).
As far as I'm concerned, this thread is now pointless and I have a nagging feeling you're toying with the idea of closing it anyway.

PS. English is not my first language.

What you quoted is from section 2 of the user agreement, NOT Rule #2, the rules for the board are listed after the user agreement.

And I warn you again that you are close to the edge, and the drop is far.
