The next fix should solve esssential problems of the citties:

Buses, Trams and Trains that do not leave bus stops or train stations. I am very happy about the mod "All aboard".
Garbage collection with priority on buildings with garbage piles. Especially solar power plants do not work with garbage piles.
Control which kind of industry will be placed.
Control of postal problems (the mod "PostalHelper" helps)

And very few assets: one larger railway station with at least 6 tracks and one subway station for two or more lines to change between them

Ok, but we need more:
  • The semi-buried roads with retaining wall would generate much less noise pollution.
  • The elevated roads with retaining wall or bridge there should be an option to put sound barriers on it.
I have the feeling that in this update things are left half-baked again...

But why it was a problem ?
I liked making an industrial area with a concrete surface, and then building industrial buildings/electricity/post office/recycling on top. Now only buildings with zoning can be built on top of the texture. How it looks before that Fix.
If it possible, turn it back plz.

I personally prefer this radio silence today to them releasing something that they won't be able to fulfill later due to technical difficulties. I still don't know why Paradox didn't give more human resources to Colossal Order, it's obvious that they need more people on the project.
If you look at CO linkedin (I think), they had some Finish officials coming to their office, they explained how it was difficult to hire for their industry in Finland. The state of the game and what it means for the company future must not help with hiring either. They also lost a few senior staff.

PDX already gave them a few extra years on top of the originally planned project delivery. There are situations where throwing more money at the problem does not fix things.

This is a management problem, sometimes it is the case of getting remote workers. Or even change the company's headquarters to meet your needs.

I seem to have a certain enjoyment from the game when don't use mods. After this fix, I even stopped wanting to enter the game.

Known issues & tips
  • Homelessness may take a while to clear up if the city has many homeless households. Building new residential buildings can speed up the process.
  • Empty buildings are currently not visible despite their effect on demand. However, they can still get occupied by residents or companies.
Amazing update. New menus with decorations add more fun, and the game experience itself is definitely better. However, I miss more freedom with decorations, which makes the game without mods not allow for more creativity. This aspect still requires a lot of changes and refinement.

It's a pity that Colossal Order did not think about animating some decorative objects like benches, deckchairs, tables, food stands and kiosks (it would be nice to see Cims selling ice cream or newspapers). Poorer Cims could find employment in these small facilities and improve their living situation a bit. In this way, it would liven up the entertainment experience more, because at the moment decorations have no real impact on the residents. They are simply decorations, and people do not use them, as if they did not see them in the game.

Please add a functional areas and areas for marking parks, beaches, etc., which are hidden in the internal developer mode, such as: walking area, recreation area, park area, sports area, as well as markers and places of the so-called. animal generators and other invisible markers.

I also miss a tool for creating rivers, lakes, ponds in the terraforming tab, as well as for stocking these water bodies.

The perception of Cities Skylines II would certainly be completely different, because I don't remember any where that could simulate decorations that would really breathe life into the game. At least not at this stage of the game's complexity.

Cities Skylines II has incredible possibilities and it would be a shame to waste them. This game could be unrivaled by other city building simulators (especially the modern one).

I wanted to have a Vainilla Experience, and at the game has some potential especially on building roads tool. But after a while, I had to turn into mods, but I keep them very low compared what it used to be in CS1. Anarchy, Road Editor and Advanced Bulldozer, I think that's all. I have also find it but i think I will uninstall it because I don't use it anymore, specially after last update, because I installed it to have access to props.

Excellent patch, everything fixed. /sarcasm

Now there is zero interest for residential, not enough workers, but apparently there is demand for work. You somehow made it worse. Actually, you could've just used the "Goodbye homeless" mod instead of trying to "fix" it yourselves.

An absolute joke.

I would like an official "anarchy" button, next to all the other tiny adjustment buttons they have. Something that preferred disables the collision or at least makes the collision area smaller. Then one can choose what they like to use in which situations.

Also. Official line tool in the same way that you can place trees individually or in an area. Maybe with an ability like the parallel tool where you can choose the distance between the items. This should be possible for atleast all decorations, trees, and similar items.

I started a new city and the homeless population was increasing to about 800 people until I started with the bus. Since then the number of homeless people has decreased to about 100 and is still going down. The bus really helps!

Those are "Code" mods. If they want the console gamers have a nice experience and make things "similar" to pc gamers, they should do so, if not a lot of frustration (and not many sales) will happen on the Console Edition.
