That proposal included condition that the Germans should have retreated to the borders before Operation Barbarossa, and given up all the conquests of Soviet territory that they still had.

The only thing I once read was that Stalin hid in his dacha after the start of Barbarossa, fearing his comrades would pick him up and kill him. The chances were good. They came, but they were apparently even more scared and asked him to stay in office.

Do you have a source for this? I’m not one to defend Joseph Stalin of all people, but I’ve never found any reliable evidence for this.

I don't remember the source, sorry.

I think i have found your source. He explains it so well that I don't even need a you tube translator. It's also better to turn off subtitles when they turn the Stalingrad campaign into the styling campaign. ;) Hogan - pimp my tank for the "ostfront"?!

If you set the Afghan AI to democratic in the path options, it will not become democratic. This is because it constantly gets +10 for monarchy. No matter how long you wait, it doesn’t happen.

Good to see more fixes, but this is still only the beginning.
This is just my opinion, but to have fun in HOI4, you need to use exploits to make up for how broken and unfun the game is in some ways, which should never be the case in any game. I've said this before, but it bears repeating: If I were in charge of the dev team, I would shelve any plans for new DLC and spend a few months only working on fixes and updates.

He refers to the article which tells the same I was referring to, the last peace proposal from Stalin came in 1943. At that time Germany had not yet totally lost the war and a "white peace" with 1941 borders would have given the Soviets back all the land they had lost. The video speculates on peace talks in 1944, but that's speculation.

So I am playing the game, it's 1947, and presumably UK or australia took a certain focus that gave british malaya to australia. Now the problem is, british malaya was occupied by me, but the event just informed me that australia is taking over malaya, and even worse I lost all port garrisons I had in malaya. What's this?

Something similar comes in mind, as british Raj, I am at war against afghanistan and a few days from capitulating them, they asked me to cede pakistan and bangladesh to them, the event description says something like they may be a good ally. So I accepted the offer, they pushed my armies back to India and still at war. Just for lolz I reloaded a save where I am at peace with them, accepted the offer and they still hate me due to cores/claims, different ideology etc. No positive modifier to relationship.

The latter example is funny, the former is infuriating.

This is a bug which has been reported a couple of times, e.g. here:

To my knowledge this case hasn't received an official word yet, while other instances of similar problems (e.g. DEI's breaking free via fascist civil war ending up as democratic Australia puppet) have been confirmed at least.

I was playing as India, I took Afghanistan and wanted to attack the Soviets next but there was no Afghani-Soviet border anymore as Iran had pushed into the USSR and gone quite far in, it was non historical and they had joined the Axis, so I got mil access from them and attacked the Soviets from Iranian land.

I guess Iran did the defence focuses and offered to become a puppet, even though we were winning, so suddenly they join the Soviet faction and my entire army is in the middle of the USSR with no connection back to India, so they are dead in two seconds

I’m hoping PDX sees this because among all of the issues of the DLC, to which there are many, this is the thing that irked me the most.
Paradox, if every constitutional monarchy in the game is represented as a spirit, why is it a locked advisor for Iraq. You have given me a boatload of advisors in the DLC that I would like to use, but for some reason Iraq is unique and locks Ghazi, and later his successor, as an advisor that just takes up a slot. These effects could easily simply be a spirit, that get removed if you get rid of the monarchy.
Please be consistent, Paradox. If it’s a spirit in the UK, Germany, Hungary, Italy, and countless others, it should be a spirit for Iraq.

Please add state leaders to the game Alim Khan, Washington Luís, Edelmiro Julián Farrell, Johann Koplenig.
Please add officers for Norway and Switzerland.
And enter Henrik Rogstad into the game.
Why doesn't India get independence when the ruling party changes in Britain?
