When i install the latest patch for EU, i start the game and a error message appears "EU CD not found".Why is that?

I think that is cuz he can't find the CD 
Either the CD is in, then it prolly is some sort of copy protection or so and u should ask about it in the support forum to Patric,

What does that mean if i have a polish version?
AFAIK (from reading posts here), the lattest patch hasn't been released for the polish version. So, it could mean that you're trying to patch the polish version with a patch intended for another one (there's a different patch for each version).
From other posts I have seen it is extremely likely that you are trying to run a pirate version!

Really, PL version don't even have 1.08 patch, but you don't have it, i cant imagine how would you get outside Poland
There is only one way to install a patch if you have a pirate version: you have to do it in a bath full of water, your PC must be underwater and plugged in and you must be in bath as well. This way computer tricks the game to think that CD is in the drive.
Just be a little careful: mouse and keyboard cannot stand water, so make absolutely sure they won't get wet.
After that, just take computer from the water, put it where you normally hold it and enjoy EU.
