When I installed 1.04 it doesnt be installed. When I start EU, it stands that i just have 1.03 and I cant play on v-net.

are you trying to install the good patch? you probably need the Nordic patch since you are in Sweden.

Ok, this is what happening.
First I installed the patch(1.04) and i doesnt work. So i uninstalled EU and installed it again. And then installed the patch again and it still doesnt work.

try uninstalling again following these instructions:

and make sure you download the NORDIC patch 1.04, not the US one.
Oh, one thing worth trying. Before installing the patch, right-click on the Paradox directory, select properties and change the attributes as follow:
select Archive and deselect everything else. Click on Ok; it will ask you if you want to change all files and subfolders so say yes. it will take a little while.
