Patch question

Tried to install the HoI2DDArmageddonPatch1_2.exe that was labelled on the forum as an ARMA patch...

I noticed that when I went to install it, it went to the DD directory as opposed to the ARMA directory, and when I launch ARMA it still says it's v1.1, which makes it seem like it's not updating ARMA.

I just picked up the anthology so if I'm missing something obvious, please let me know so I can get this working!

With the Anthology you have to put the patch in Paradox Interactive\Armageddon instead of the default Paradox Interactive\Doomsday\Armageddon folder.

Originally the only way to get Arma was as an expansion to Doomsday, when the Anthology came out they didn't change the default patch path.

In general you need to pay close attention to the destination for Paradox patches as the default path is very often wrong. (This is probably at least partly because their older games were available from many different publishers which didn't always use the same directory or registry setup.)
