Sorry for being impatient but as it stands, the game is unplayable for me and I want the game I paid for.
Any E.T.A on the patch would be good, anything is better than "soon".

That's the difference between a hotfix and an actual fix.
thats the thing. They have told us from the launch moment that the ''hotfix'' is already on its way and we wont have to wait long''. Well now they are backpeddling and telling us it might drop today, it might drop tomorrow, they dont know whats causing it etc.

Seems pretty all over the place to me.

Q/A testing has varying times, they have to make sure the fix is permanent and stable. It's a pretty shitty bug but at least they're doing something about it straight away.

I kind of agree. Early on that they made it sound like they knew of the problem they already had a fix and it just needed a little testing before release, now it seems like they have no idea what's causing it and they're not sure when they'll be able to fix it.

The beta versions on Steam are kind of meant for this so I really don't care if it's stable because atm it's unplayable.

Actually is there any chance we could get any information on your patch and findings Paradox? There is clearly something in our systems causing this issue and I'd really like to know what it is due to it not having happened in any popular game on the same computer for over a year.

The fact that it's quite common but not everyone with some small deviances in hardware kind of points me toward that it's a specific batch of GPUs/CPUs/Motherboards/Peripherals

Really deleting twitter posts without an update? not good

As mentioned below, tweet was removed. Nothing sinister though, just due to us perhaps inappropriately using Futurama art. ;)

As it stands we still aim to release a Beta patch today (accessed via betas under Properties in Steam), if all goes well with that then we'll push it to everybody. That's the plan as of now, we'll of course communicate officially when it happens. :)
