I've already tried to change the endyear manualy, but without success..

I just want to play my good old victoria until the 1930s or 40s

Is there really nobody out there who could reup the ntl patch ?

It seems the v1.04 unofficial hotfix (OHGamer) aka 'Unofficial moddable file Hotfix #1-3 Combined for Victoria 1.4'
is no longer to be found anywhere (including Internet Archive), so I took the liberty and re-uploaded it as attachement. Note this file is meant to be used on top of Vanilla Victoria v1.04 (not VIP for Victoria, not Victoria: Revolutions, and not VIP:R).
