I would like to download the patch, but I don't know what version of the game I own. I ordered it in the UK, but the company often sells US versions, so I'm not sure...How to make the difference?

To be even more helpful:-

And another question....

What should I do in your opinion?

-Finish the game I'm playing then installing the patch since I won't be able to use the saved games after patching?

-Forget my game, patch and begin a whole new game sinte it sucks without the patch?

-Patch and go on with my current game since the patch won't mess up the saved games?

Since I'm playing the GC, I don't want to discover in 1785 that I'm unable to end the game (because I patched or because I didn't...).

Finish the game before patching.

People have found that old saved games still reload after patching. However it is *not* advised as it can cause "bugs" to appear.

Therefore, if your current game is important enough, wait until you have finished it.
