Paulician - How to make pentarchs?

Hello all, just a quick question, but Im a tad confused.

I'm playing as the Paulician Patriarch, I conquered Antioch, made the temple the capital, gave it out then gave out a castle barony in the same county to the bishop and bam, my faith gets the Antioch pentarch and a nice little event.

However, I've just conquered Constantinople to make my second pentarch and... nothing this time. He owns the county, but nothing has happened, and the conditions for the title are (x) never so I don't think I can make it for him. I tried to console command give_title d_pentarch_constantinople on him but this released him from my empire but didn't give him the title. When I zoom to where the title is the game tells me its in Athens strangely, so I really don't know whats going on.

Any advice?

I think this is a vanilla/hardcode issue but @vukica knows a lot more about this than I do.

Paulicians don't have five patriarchs, only three. I'll try to remove the extras from gui.

Ah, that makes alot more sense! Which three is it, Antioch, Alexandria and Jerusalem? Wish I would have known earlier though, only reason I came this way and not into Egypt. Still, thanks alot!
