I am addicted to EU and have persisted in learning the game despite a manual that is basically useless. However, I have been unable to figure out how to pay off a loan when it comes due. I accumulated enough ducats to pay off the loan but could not find any way to pay. I assumed that the game would handle this automatically since there was no popup box or control button for this function. However, the game did not handle this automatically and the loan remained unpaid with interest accumaulating to massive levels by the end of the game.

It's there in message settings. 5 years after u have taken out the loan, it will be there.
