Sorry if this doesn't belong here, just wanted to see what people think of the specs of a PC I am planning to buy. Again I am sorry if this isn't the appropriate forum, new here and I don't think I could post something like this in EU4 subreddit.
Master GMA2600A Desktop Gaming PC (AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz, NVIDIA GT 730 2GB, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB 7200RPM HDD, Win 10 Home)

Processor side should be fine. I was running EUIV on a ryzen 2400g without a gpu for a while. It has the Vega 11 graphics which are superior to the 730gt. I will tell you that when I put a GTX 1050ti in the system my game sped up by a ton.

I also ran a budget system back in the day with an i3 6100 and a GT730, this ran the game fine. If you are looking to have the fastest system I’d look into a SSD upgrade and a slightly better gpu. You could also set the overclock on the cpu to 4ghz if it’s stable and that helps too, especially for speed 5. Right now I have my 2400g set to 4ghz and it runs through the league wars period and late game quite well at speed 5.

There is nothing gaming about this "gaming pc". But it always depends on how much you are willling to spend, best EU IV PC would probably be one with a 9600k, and a GTX1060 and a SSD.
But a 2200G Processor is probably also fine.

Any new processor is perfect. Even with the cheapest one you won't notice a difference.

I have long loading times in any paradox game so get an SSD or buy a kettle and make tea while you wait.

SSDs prices went down so much, it's worth it.
