PC XBOX APP Prison Architect bought DLC not working

Hello, I make it quick. My brother bought prison architect and all of the dlc as well for xbox pc app version, but when he make a prison, he cant use any of the dlc. Like when you go to going green to get certain items, it grey out and cant click it, like all of the others as well. We uninstall the game 3 times, and even now only have the dlc install "going green" but again it grey out like we haven't bought it? any help?

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again

- test BEFORE restoring any saves games

Hello, thank you for replying. I have done that, uninstall the game and the dlc (because on the pc xbox app). I went back onto the game but i still have 6 wardens, that it. I thought i may had to link my brother xbox profile to a paradox account or something, hoping that would work, but still nothing.

For example, i go onto xbox app on pc, see prison architect and all dlc saying installed, so i click play, i go into the game but no new warden, cant use any dlc items.

Sorry, I thought you were on an actual Xbox console - this is actually the Gamepass edition on Win10, is that right?

I am currently having this issue as well. This is the Gamepass edition on Win10, as of today 1/20/22 it says that it will be leaving game pass soon.

While I'm not in Gamepass I believe that means you'd need to buy the base game to continue using the DLCs, is that right?
