Any news if there is going to be a PDXCON this year???
Sincerely hope there will be...

The secondary question is... will it be online like the last couple of times ? or in the flesh as before...

Hopefully its online again, it was a pretty fun event :p
I at least want it to happen.

If i was so glad to have a PDXCon Online last year... i still prefer the "in the flesh" version, to be honest, with the caveat that it's much more exhausting... :D

Why cannot be both?
Well, as i was in Stocholm and Berlin of the "in the flesh" events, i don't know how things happened online, but i do think a lot of presentations and panels was streamed.

I believe is a good idea to have the full experience for all who can attend PDXCON. I went to Berlin with the lowest priced ticket and was a nice experience, however I think this format albeit elitist is more interesting.

It would be great to give the full experience as much people as possible, but with every additional person you add, the experience is also transformed. I am sure all the events will be shown on discord/twitch/youtube so everyone will be able to virtually attend though.

Selecting people by the FIFS (first in first served) and with enough money to pay for the ticket should not be the only way to get to PDXCON. For example, I would do a game where PDX gives away tickets to fans (including transport and hotel) and also send tickets directly to some fans who have contributed in the Modding Community, Forums/Discord during the year. Also, I would make tickets nominative to avoid reselling and if possible have some minimum quotas for every country in the World. Finally, I have been thinking if restricting people every year going to PDXCON should be enforced, however I do not think this should be limited (but I may be biased with this one).

BlizzCon prices are 229/550 Euros and they are FIFS too, so seems to be pretty much in line with that. Blizzard gives away free virtual tickets, and I wouldn't be shocked if Paradox plans to do that too. As for modders and community contributors, they have recieved free admittance in the past, as long as they have a representation on site for their work.

Here is September for the PDXcon of 2022. But good does it have an interest knowing that there will be no new announcements?
Ah so only lesson of this information: Victoria 3 will be released after September, since it will allow people to test it (which will have no interest if the game was already released). So for those like me who thought the game could be released soon, it's a miss. Too bad I was expecting more interesting things.

Im yet undecided . I want to, but then there is the topic Corona - who can tell what happens early september. Is there money back, if something happens ( with corona-related stuff , I'm from Austria)

Any Italians here who already bought the ticket? I did and so did other 3 Italian friends of mine

Dude, I was really looking forward to this but they over priced it this time. If at all possible, squeeze in a snarky remark for me. Something about how the EU4 map has nothing on the quiet elegance of EU2. But with swears.
I don't swear when I talk, only when I think or write :p

Too bad you won't be there, would have been nice to meet again. I'll raise a glass to you at some point though :)
