Okay, I was just wondering... Are peace agreements temporary or are they permenant? Also, if possible, is there any way to see which countries you have them with, just like when you're in an alliance or at war with someone. If not, would it be possible to patch it? :)

How would a peace agreement not be permanent?

You don't 'have' them with countries, they're the deal between warring nations that ends the war. After you make peace with nations, if you declare war on them within the next five years, you get a -5 stability penalty.

Well, it would still be nice if they showed up in your diplomacy screen as to who you had them with and how long they would last for. Instead of having to guess how long you've been at peace, and not having to click declare war in order to find out or not.

LOL... Now that was a truly clever come back.

I was also wondering if there was any way to cut your allies in on some of the reparations... or more to the point, if an AI country that leads an alliance will ever cut you in on a deal. There is no point in accepting an alliance from one if every time he draws you into a war, he cuts it off after you've invested so much into it without getting anything back. If they can't or won't, then make them stop asking me to ally with them every month!

Where were you five years ago?
Umm - what year is it now? 2001 already? Darn, time flies... :) I actually do know where I was five years ago, but I'm not sharing. :p

I would remember where I was if I had signed a peace treaty ending a major war, hell, even a minor skirmish
One would hope. Not another one of those drunken diplomats, please... :D
