When I have signed a peacetreaty with a country, both of us will probably not declare war for the first 5 years. The loss of stability is too great then.
But what about the countries that have a millitary alliance with that country ? Can they declare war to me, without loosing so much stability ?

I'm afraid they can, unless they were in war with you as a part of that alliance you have made peace with.
