Are these two mods active/available?

From threads I seem to understand that PeaceEndPeace needs some refinement.

The only link that I found for AEIOU is from Wiki redirecting to the German website Strategikon, where you have to register. Is this mod available (download) in English?

The A.E.I.O.U. mod was certainly available in an English language version before their site disappeared quite a while back. Maybe you could contact the German site and ask - they'll understand what you're after.

Id download AEIOU 1.83 für Doomsday 1.3a and make a folder in the MOD directory (for this you should get the Generic Mod Enabler, Confederate Armageddon has it included, or else have multiple HOI 2 installations for each mod you install. This can get annoying.) Now download AEIOU 2.02 für Armageddon 1.2, replace the files in the first AEIOU installation, and you should be all set.

Just click the words underlined between the RAR logo and the blue arrow downwards.

I just copy and pasted the mod files into my install that worked. I have no idea about the JSGME.
 
Are you using Arma 1.3 beta 2? It might make a difference if you are using just doomsday. It works fine for me so far, you might want to try re downloading the files and try again.

That seems like a big issue. Id just buy Armageddon and install the newest beta patch. Good luck!
