Playing with HSR as Japan, i finally won over Nat China and set up a puppet state over it (thanks to the event), In europe things are going historical expect that Germany ahsnt declared war on USSR, now is 11 Dec of 1941, isnt there any event to start war against USA or i have to declare war by myself?

Are you allied with Germany?

I'm no expert on this subject... so I may be completely wrong... but I think once you ally with Germany the Pearl Harbor event comes up?

Im not allied with germany, and historically japan wasnt allied with Germany until Pearl Harbor, after that Japan declared war on the Allies.
